Extra Dry in a park

This is one of these pictures that do not fit any real category. I guess it is an abstract.

When we reached Wisemans Ferry we stopped in the park on the east bank for a deserved rest and a refreshing ice cream. There were very few people there, so the park was quiet.

This is quite paradoxical but few hours before my father passed away I went out with my wife and a couple of friends to an Oktoberfest at Terrigal. I must say I had a lot of fun, I even danced (must have been first time in years).
Naturally, other than some corny German folk music there is little in common with the actual Oktoberfest. The food was “questionable” and not a lot of selection in German beers. Never the less everyone made a party out of it. Many people even dressed up for the occasion.
