Last time I came across this group of young men performing in Sydney they were entertaining crowds at Pitt Street Mall under a name of Justice Dance Crew. This time I saw their show in front of QVB. The audience was visibly more numerous as now under a simpler name, the Justice Crew have just performed on Australia’s Got Talent TV show. A performance which wowed the studio audience and the show presenters. And it is no surprise as the level of athleticism exhibited by the guys is outstanding. The part I liked most occurred after their show. After the “compulsory” passing of the hat there was a lot of congratulations and shaking of the hands. A genuine enthusiasm and friendliness.
So what could bring a bigger crowd to an open promotional event at the amphitheater at Martin Place than an international pop or rock star? The answer: wrestling tryouts.
Yes, the theatrical, staged fighting seem to attracted more people than any other promo I have seen there to date.
The crowds were entertained not only by wrestlers but also by Superstar! Jeff Jarrett, Christy Hemme and announcer Jeremy Borash.
