Light and Hand

Here is another abstract photograph from a Light Show in Melbourne. I have asked my son to stick his hand through the plane of light and cover the light source thus creating a strong silhouette of his hand. This was a very grainy photograph due to high ISO used during the capture. I had to use noise removal tools in post processing.

Older couple talking in front of QVB

A photograph of an older couple standing in front of the Queen Victoria building and talking about something behind them as the man’s pointing hand may indicate. I took this photograph because of their relation to the direction he was pointing to. I could imagine him saying “this behind us, my dear, is a Queen Victoria Building and we are standing right next to the Queen Victoria statue” and yet neither of them turned around to look.
