Man reading a magazine

I admire how some people can relax anywhere. Take for example this young man in the photograph. He is seating on the typical Sydney post in the Pitt Street Mall and reading a magazine. Nothing around him matters. It is just him and the article he is reading.

I could understand this on a nice, warm day. Today, however was rather cold and windy, not to mention wet after the morning shower. Yet to this young man it seems irrelevant. He is just enjoying his solitary moment in the middle of a busy street.

Reading a paper in the morning sun

Most of my street photography is done during the business week lunch times. For a change I had to work this weekend and start a lot earlier than usual. This mean I got to see empty Sydney streets in morning sun light. From photography point of view the morning and evening sun produces the warmest tones. Here is a man reading morning news paper, while walking in empty Martin Place.
